I m Ana, osteopath, personal trainer eqf3 and eqf4, quiromasajista and yoga teacher, certified yoga alliance. I am associated with cofenat as a chiromassage and osteopath. I give craniosacral, manual lymphatic drainage and drains after plastic surgery, liposuction, breast augmentation or reduction (breast) etc. with many years of experience in plastic surgery clinic, and very effective techniques with great results from the first session.

I‘m located near quiron marbella. lymphatic drainage is a very specific type of massage, which helps the body eliminate toxins and waste substances, improves lymphatic circulation and it stimulates immune system; it also beneficial for tired or swollen legs and relaxes body and mind.
